The room was tidy and included coffee, a hairdryer, and 2 teabags. the breakfast had a good variety. the hotel's location was convenient, with the Photographers' Gallery just a short 10-15 minute walk away.

Great location for sightseeing, close to the park and the tube station. Manager was incredibly accommodating, allowed us to decorate for a surprise. Breakfast was exceptional, staff went above and beyond, even cooking vegetarian options. Rooms were small but clean with enough amenities.

This hotel is conveniently located near Leicester Square, with parking available in Charlotte St and the east end of Oxford Street. The staff at breakfast were excellent, providing friendly and helpful service. The room service staff were also friendly, and the steak and chips in the room was excellent.

The hotel had a great location near various pubs, bars, cafes, and shopping opportunities. The rooms were comfortable with good WiFi and a desk to work at. The breakfast was exceptional, and the customer service from reception, breakfast, and housekeeping staff was friendly. However, the hotel lacked proper maintenance as the linen/cleaning trolleys were scattered along corridors, giving a bad impression. It would have been better to have easier access to central locations or Camden town, as it was cheaper to stay further away and train into the city. The restaurant could have benefited from personal interaction with customers.

The staff at the Holiday Inn London Regent's Park went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. They warmly welcomed us with a handwritten note and wine for our birthday celebration. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We were impressed by the delicious breakfast, especially the soft poached eggs and flaky pain au chocolats. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

The housekeeping team did a wonderful job keeping the room clean and tidy throughout our stay.

We stayed at a hotel over New Year's and they offered complimentary drinks and snacks which was a nice touch. The location was great, close to public transportation and restaurants. We also enjoyed the fact that the room had a mini fridge.

The room was quite old and outdated. Despite being cleaned, it still had a musty odor.
